  EA Placement Update November 2008

  

  The EAs in Jerusalem, Hebron, Bethlehem, Jayyous, Tulkarem and Yanoun were busy during the month of November. Group 28 handed over to Group 29 in mid-November, therefore both groups have contributed to this Update.
